When the reservation was made through Expedia no information is given as to exactly which condo you are reserving. Pictures online are of several different condos. Ours was very dated and in need of many repairs. The beautiful view we could have had from our tiny balcony was obscured by a very large bush in the planter box of the condo that has obviously never been trimmed and had any up keep. The handle on the sliding glass door was broken off. The other slider could not be moved without coming off the track. The unit was not cleaned well. The kitchen cabinets were very dated. The knob to control the temperature of the refrigerator was broken off. All of our food froze. The remote to control the AC temp was broken. We made the best of it but would not recommend unless you book a condo directly with the unit owner and know what you are getting

Loved this property…..gave us all kinds of options. Walked to Coki and Sugar beaches and took the $2 shuttle to Red Hook just 10 minutes away to grab the ferry to St John. We spent 2 weeks here which was perfect!

We were only there for a short time, but the weather was beautiful. Unfortunately we were never able to get to Smith beach, but it would be somewhat difficult to walk there and a little pricy to park, so probably good to drive and go early in the day if that is a choice to visit. Coki beach area was walkable, but did not seem very safe, so I myself would not venture that way again. St John, Honeymoon Beach was beautiful, and only a 20 min ferry ride from Red Hook. Lots of snorkeling and a nice hike to the beaches.

A fine property, clean, scenic, only used 2 of the 3 pools they were very well kept. Limited beach on property. Snorkeling from that beach was below average but still fun. There was blaring loud music coming from somewhere but only a couple of hours in the late afternoon. Bottom line, good property at a great price!

This was our 2nd time at Point Pleasant. Wonderful staff - very friendly and helpful. Beautiful & comfortable rooms with fantastic views. The restaurant down by the water has been "upscaled" since our last visit - more menu choices, particularly the fish tacos with the catch of the day are excellent. My only minor complaint is that they need more staff in the restaurant to handle the larger crowd now that their menu has expanded. Fantastic place to stay on the island, we will be back again.

We got a room for 3 ppl … it was advertised as 1 bedroom but in reality it was a studio since there was no closed separate bedroom space The room was supposed to have a foldout couch for my daughter to sleep on On arrival there were no sheets or towels for the 3rd person … it took several calls and a few hours to get those delivered There was no body soap in the bathroom… the listing is advertised as a hotel yet there were no regular hotel amenities… like room cleaning There was a kitchen with dishes but no dish soap … The biggest issue was the fold out couch which was broken …. The next day they brought us a fold out mattress which deflated in the middle of the night. Insured my daughter had no normal sleeping accommodations The property gave us a $50 gift card to a restaurant on the property as an apology… in reality, I should’ve probably been given at least one night free or the room should have been discounted by 1/3

What a wonderful stay we had ! Our unit was a HUGE upgrade from a regular hotel room. Spacious, gorgeous view from a wrap around deck. Comfortable furniture and well appointed. The 3 pools were never crowded and the staff was very kind. It should be noted that they offer shuttles to your unit as the stairs that wind around the property and could be problematic for anyone with a disability. Personally I liked the exercise!!! The two restaurants offered good variety, the more casual Sea Bar & Grill was a WIN, good food and a bartender with just the right amount of sass. The fine dining choice was terrific too, don’t miss the Chocolate Brûlée! All in all we had a magnificent time and felt the price we paid was WELL worth it. Thank you Point Pleasant for kicking our year off in such a beautiful way.

The property is difficult to walk but the shuttle will take you up and down. The staff is amazing. Willie, Shawn and everyone else was super helpful and kind. The Sun & Sea grill and bar has terrific food and the bartenders are very entertaining. Our trip was fantastic!

First trip to St. Thomas and Point Pleasant was a gem! Perched on a cliffside, the resort offered stunning views of Coral World and vibrant sunrises and moonlit nights. We were glad to have rented a car as the location made exploring essential. Security was tight with vigilant guards, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our condo had a view of Margarita Beach, which was a bit muddy during the rainy season, but the nearby Coki Beach made up for it with its cleanliness and marine life. Facilities were top-notch with three pools, fine dining, and a poolside bar and grill. The only hiccup was a creaky sofa bed, swiftly handled by staff with an air mattress. Although not a 5-star resort due to some mildew and the condition of some facilities, the cleanliness was commendable for a beachfront property. Ideal for those who appreciate breathtaking views and proximity to top beaches and attractions. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Loved this property. The rooms are very spacious like an apartment. Comes with everything you need. The view from the A building was beautiful. Nice and quiet. Definitely meant for relaxing. Both restaurants on site were very good. Only thing is the front desk closes at 6pm. so just be sure to have everything you need and the emergency number on hand just in case. Besides that my stay here was wonderful.
