"We had a comfortable stay, only disappoint was the hotel description states laundry service and a pool but actually the laundry service is a service off-site not a laundromat that I assumed. He spend time sharing places to eat and his favorite places to get snack or dinner and even Gellato. Lorenzo was always prompt on WhatsApp and they show up in person when beckoned.
