Generously designed holiday residence for 6 people on the North Sea Jadebusen

Our carefully and generously designed **** gallery house with fireplace, in the outside area with pool (unheated) and sauna use, WLAN use, as well as separate all-weather playground, ensures the special ambience in the former farm. The house is arranged over 2 1/2 floors. The large living area (approx. 60m ²) with fireplace, kitchenette, dining area and open stairs to the upper floor ensures a special feel-good atmosphere. In particular, the fireplace and the unobstructed view from the living area up to the roof beams convey the exceptionally sophisticated feeling of living in this holiday residence. At the open gallery on the upper floor there are one of the two shower rooms / toilet (the second shower room / toilet is on the ground floor) and the two closed bedrooms, as well as the stairs up to the open sleeping gallery in the attic with two beds. There is additional sleeping space on the sofa bed in the living area. The apartment has separate access and its own furnished terrace.

Das Ferienhaus ist für 7 Personen ausgeschrieben.
Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, da war es ausreichend. Spinnweben drin und draußen müssten dringend beseitigt werden . Die Palme bräuchte Mal eine Reinigung. Das Objekt ist mit Kamin ausgeschrieben. Leider muss man das Holz für 10 Euro dazu kaufen, obwohl wir für eine Übernachtung 209 Euro bezahlt haben. Auch ist das Objekt sehr abgelegen. Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen. Es ist ein toller Pool vorhanden, der aber leider sehr kalt ist. Vielleicht könnte der Pool etwas beheizt werden, damit man bei schlechtem Wetter ( wie wir es leider die ganze Zeit hatten ) den Pool auch nutzen könnte. Die Sauna ist hervorragend. Dort haben wir uns dann immer schön durchgewärmt. Aber für das Wetter kann niemand etwas. Im großen und ganzen ist es okay. Aber wir finden es überteuert.

Der Pool überstrahlt die Mängel
Die Wohnung ist für 7 Personen (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) zu klein. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoß ist gefährlich. Die Schlafplätze unter dem Dach sind grenzwertig. Der Kühlschrank ist für 7 Personen zu klein. Leider ist keine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Als wir angereist sind, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass eventuell ein Mader in der Wohnung seien könnte (war Gott sei Dank nicht). Die Pool Landschaft ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Wohnung und das Umfeld sind ebenfalls gepflegt. Die Vermieter sind Hilfsbereit und nett. Hier ist absolute Ruhe angesagt. Das nächste Geschäft ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Unterm Strich würde ich die Anlage für 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind weiterempfehlen.

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhaus - Uns hat es gefallen
Für einen ruhigen Urlaub genau richtig. Liebevoll ausgestattet, mitten in der Natur. Und trotzdem sind Ausflugsorte wie Bremerhaven, Wilhelmshaven und selbst Bremen gut zu erreichen.

Sehr angenehmer Urlaub! Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Treppen ins Obergeschoss sind etwas steil. Somit ist für Ältere und Kinder Vorsicht geboten.
