We not quite as advertised, room with bathroom in not the same as Ensuite l, also apartment is shared not clear in ad. Didn’t stay as radiators were not functioned properly and it is late fall.

The code to get the key and door code should have been sent earlier so when I arrived I knew what I was doing. All I had was a check in time finishing at 10pm. So I rushed around trying to get there before 10pm, wasting money on an expensive taxi at £35 compared to the return trip next morning on bus to T5 and free train at £3.50

Very easy to find close to airport .Staff were very helpfuland friendly.Hotel was clean and room was spacious ,bed was comfortable .Food was good and prices were reasonable ,will definately use again was very pleased with our stay.

False Advertising
Hotel.com listed "hotel shuttle" as an amenity for this property when in fact it is not an amenity but rather a paid service. In my view this is false advertising & this practice should be discontinued as it is misleading. Generally, when you list amenities such as breakfast, internet, gym etc they are general services provided to customers at no cost.

Hopelessly complex venue. And when I found it it was occupied by another booked in couple. Had to rent another hotel in the night. A disasterous venue to stay in. No refund offered either despite multiple requests.
