Thus, you will enjoy a lot of privacy, and in a privileged position you can discover the many olive and citrus trees, and some walnut, peach and apricot trees. Thanks to the farm not far away and some local producers, it is possible to enjoy local fresh products such as eggs and cheese. The large green areas of the garden are suitable for playing with children, picnics or a barbecue.

From here you can reach in a short time a beautiful sandy beach two kilometers away and popular places like Soverato, the center of the local social life of the coast thanks to its promenade with clubs, concerts, discos, restaurants or the wonderful beaches.
