"I had a varied experience. The property had changed owners, and they were not expecting me at 4 am. and I did not get a ride from the airport, so arranged it. Luckily I had proof and was given a room, and luckily there was someone there, though not expecting me. This was my entrance to central Asia and difficult. On a positive note, a new manager, Miriam was excellent, and even walked with me to a change machine, so I expect things to vastly improve. thanks"

"We really looked forward to this hotel, and were not disappointed. Very nice rooms, great staff, very simple but good breakfast. Great atmosphere and decor all around. My only gripe was that the AC unit in my room was very loud and went through cycles where it sounded at times like it was about to fall off the wall - as a result, I turned it off. Probably worth fixing. Everything else was perfect. Thanks Bugu!"
