Clean, comfortable, and spacious. Loved the huge shower. Common areas and rooms beautifully appointed. Asked for a room in front to avoid the train in the rear based on a reviewer, but next time I’ll opt for the rear. Beautiful view in the fall and train is not an issue.

There is a Watershed hotel in Shaboygan Wi where I was to have booked a room starting on October 10th; instead it was booked with the Watershed in CT. When calling to confirm late arrival it was determined that we did not have a reservation in WI but it was in CT; you charged me regardlesss indicating this was an Expedia fee and not yours and that I had to contact Expedia. It turns out it was your hotel that charged the fee.
