Our large, modern townhouse is perfect for a relaxing and worry-free stay - close to everything you may need and fully equipped with plenty of amenities. There is plenty of space for guests as the home spans 3 floors and has a large shared backyard. The area is quite walkable, and we have free parking in the garage.

Feel relaxed and comfortable right away in our spacious yet cozy townhouse! Enjoy plenty of natural light, and the privacy of 3 bedrooms plus 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath.

The main bedroom is on the top floor and features a King bed, a huge walk-in closet, and an ensuite plus an air mattress for added comfort. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the middle floor, 1 has a Queen bed and the other has a Double bed. Both have plenty of closet space.

Each bedroom has its own dedicated workspace, and there is wifi available so guests can conveniently work from home if needed.

Relax in the living room - guests will find plenty of cozy seating options, a smart TV, and even a piano! The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essential appliances and we’ve included cooking basics for guests wanting to prepare meals. Please enjoy the BBQ outside as well!

There is a washer and dryer located on the 2nd floor.

1) Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. PLEASE respect our neighbors. NO loud noise after 11pm, and NO parties.

2) Events and commercial photoshoots are NOT permitted without prior approval, applicable permit, and additional fees.

3) We have an outdoor camera system on the property to ensure these rules are adhered to.

4) Please note that guests will need to climb stairs in the townhouse.

5) Directions to the Property:

Most importantly for late arrivals, we recommend following this path to the home, especially at night. Walk down the path to the left of the buildings and then take a right turn. We understand that cars may sometimes block the path, making it challenging to find your way after dark. This updated direction should help you navigate to the property more easily.

Very Convenient Location
The property is very close to the train and lots of Stamford downtown fun. However, it’s definitely not a quiet neighborhood, and renters should be vigilant in this neighborhood. Still, we were very comfortable in the condo, and the backyard is a great bonus.
