The Old Stanley Sun, formerly The Sun Hotel, c 1856, a cherished piece of Stanley's history, lovingly renovated in an eclectic style that marries old world charm with contemporary comforts. This 4 bedroom home is your gateway to the heart of Stanley. Centrally located, The Old Stanley Sun is just a short walk to the Stanley Pub, a delightful tavern offering both a restaurant, perfect for winter evenings and a charming beer garden to soak up the sun. Less than a 10 minute drive will transport you to the enchanting town of Beechworth, known for its picturesque streets, rich history and amazing eateries.

With 4 inviting bedrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests, making it perfect for families, friends or a peaceful retreat. Two bathrooms ensure convenience for all.
Open the french doors off the kitchen and step into the courtyard with a garden setting. Its the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a leisurely wine in the evening. Another outdoor area with BBQ invites you for an alfresco meal surrounded by nature. Cosy up by the woodfire and discover a reading nook that's perfect for losing yourself in a good book. There is ample parking at the back of the house, ensuring convenience and peace of mind. Here, there is also access to the Stanley Reserve, which boasts a tennis court and children's playground. Nature lovers will relish the bush walks and cycling tracks and kids will love the short walk to the small Stanley Dam for swimming and fishing.

Quirky best describes number 3 Stanley Road, with lots of little nooks throughout the house to sit and ponder, a wood fire adding a cosy touch. Very comfortable beds. Beechworth is the nearest to purchase food, there’s nothing in Stanley and pub not open for meals early in the week

Perfect for a getaway in tranquil Stanley. The house is comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. A short scenic drive to Beechworth. Be sure you book for dinner at the local Stanley pub. You won’t regret it.

Lovely winter stay
