"I feel like I'm nitpicking because the employee's were wonderful and the premises were spotless. They couldn't do more for us or be more helpful, but: The only place to put clothes for 3 people was closet with a couple shelves. Had to ask for hangers, there were 2. Bedroom had 2 nightstands with 2 small drawers in each. There was no place to put suitcases. We were only given one door card and one small bar of soap. Once you learned how to use the buses and tube with the citymapper app...

"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. "Middle floor bathroom ran out of loo roll, was mouldy, and had no pole for the shower head to be held in. Lower floor had no loo roll. Bedroom was old and a bit knackered and it was a mattress not worthy of a student pad. The communal areas are filthy, despite being charged a “cleaning fee”. Room had three electric heaters on the floor, two of which are wall mount heaters. Floor had holes where the wood had separated. I’m truly shocked this site has this as an option."
