"The property is beautiful and we had a pleasant stay, but there are a handful of notes that would have turned this into a 5-star experience: 1) The property features two queen size beds and one twin bed. All of the mattresses are STIFF. Not firm, STIFF. We had some pretty rough nights on these. If you can't replace the mattresses, at least include some plush mattress covers. 2) The top tier balcony was off-limits, with P-touch stickers on the door demanding guests not open it.
