Each of them is a beautiful, cosy single-family house "Skomack Wielki", built in 2008, surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 800 m from the edge of the forest, 5 m from the lake, in the countryside. For shared use: property 3'200 m2 (fenced), lawn and flowers, meadow, lawn for sunbathing. Barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, sandbox). In the house: WiFi, burglar alarm system. Available: boat. Motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 22 km, restaurant 8 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station 1.5 km, pebble beach 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 22 km, indoor swimming pool 22 km. Golf course (9 hole) 15 km, tennis 8 km, riding stable 8 km. Please note: car recommended. Fishing [permit required]. The holiday house is located close to Lake Orzyskie. Access via an asphalt road through the village of about 3 km.

Exit to the veranda. Large, open kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, microwave). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Electric heating, wood heating. Terrace 24 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Wood for the fireplace and boat, free. Free of charge wood only in April, May, September and October.

Ruim, comfortabel en heerlijk rustig.
Een prettig huis in een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Bereikbaarheid is tijdrovend en er zijn nauwelijks algemene voorzieningen. Wel fijne tuin en eigen bootje.keukengerei is erg basaal.
