"We loved the open spaciousness of the living/ dining area. This room got wonderful morning sunlight and we enjoyed simple breakfasts there. If you love coffee there are multiple brewing options! The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The backyard is large and the pool looked inviting, it’s too bad we were there in January and the weather was not warm enough to try it out- will have to give it a 2nd chance at a future visit. There is a bit of street noise in the back yard but it can’t be...

"This is a nice place and with a few updates I'd give it five stars. The beds were comfortable. Layout nice and though the shower isn't large it has great water pressure. There's no coffee table in the living so no place to put down your coffee or a drink. Also no tea kettle. I guess these are minor things but they would add to the rental property. We never got a chance to use the fire pit. "

"Lots to do, great tvs, hot tub was awesome. The listing was incorrect. There are not 2 bunk beds. There is a daybed and another full. The 2nd bedroom has two doubles. We needed more bathroom towels than what was supplied as well as dishware. Everything else was clean. "

"Overall, def a 4.5 for the property as a whole. The fenced back yard was great for the pups, although it needed a good debris removal for several dead branches and such. And patio furniture showed some strain from weathering. But the layout of the house is very family-friendly and spacious. We managed to sit 6 comfortably at the little kitchen nook table that looks like it should only seat four. But it worked out just fine. We had a couple of repair concerns and the property manager replied...
