88’ Houseboat 2 bedrooms with large walk in closet 2 full baths with master Juquzzi tub Flat screen TVs In living rm and master and 1 flat screen tv on front porch.Ac and heat pump.king bed ,queen bed,All Appliances are new dish washer,mircrowave. garbage compactor,electric Stove Large fridge and full Hot tub for,6 On top with full bar sink ,Propane Grill Plus lot more.Have 2 nice blow up beds with Headboard.plenty of room and nice furniture on porch and to to Sleep friends and family. Jet ski rents for $150 a day,with a $500 refundable deposit if no damage is done. The boat will be parked in a cove and not in a marina,a transportation boat is needed to get to the cove.upon booking you will receive directions to get to the boat and owner will meet you at meeting place to go over everything.(Owner can Taxie you out to boat if you can’t rent or have your own.)

Great Trip on the Houseboat Until the Power Generator Went Out
We had a great time staying on the houseboat on the lake. It was perfect for our group of friends. However, the power generator went out on the second day which powered the lights, AC, etc. The owner could not fix it and offered to credit us a portion of the stay, but has now not responded to any of my messages or texts.

We had the best time staying on Jerry's houseboat! The location could not have been any better. The cove is large, beautiful and quiet and the water was pristine! We had the best time swimming, tubing and fishing. The boat was huge and equipped with anything and everything that we needed and more. Check in and check out processes were incredibly simple and Jerry was an absolute delight to deal with! Jerry is the type of person that when you meet him once, you feel like you can be friends forever! We will definitely be returning. This was an excellent getaway!

Having the houseboat in a private cove was definitely the best scenario. Jerry is more than accommodating. Comfy beds and all the comforts of home even a dishwasher Will definitely be back

Beautiful Boat House with EVERYTHING
We had a wonderful stay for the 4th weekend and couldn’t have picked a better place than Jerry’s Boat House. He was a great host with great communication and the boat had everything you needed to enjoy the stay on the water. Perfect location! Highly recommended.

We loved the experience of staying on a house boat and this one had everything you needed!! Clean, comfortable beds, hot tub, TVs , outdoor radio and plenty of spaces to hang out. We absolutely had a ball. The property owner was a gem to deal with and was wonderful!! We can’t wait to stay again!!

The best spot for a visit to lake Hartwell
The best possible way to experience lake Hartwell area. A beautiful, comfortable well equipped houseboat. Great location at marina- simple access . A fun experience of staying on the water without giving up any of the conveniences of a home. Friendly and helpful owner. A highly recommended experience!
