Staff didn’t care about any issues brought up to them, I was put on a disgusting room that was left dirty. All they did was give me another room and when I asked if anything could be done she said no. Very unhappy with the stay. Would not come back.

Shower water was cold, went to front desk, they said thy would send someone to look at it, they never did. Didn’t offer to switch us rooms. The cable tv also didn’t work. The property was very centrally located to other areas of the strip. I was surprised to learn the front desk didn't negotiate resort fees. I found in my room 3 big spit balls that had been there from the previous guess. Housekeeping came up and took care of it. The night manager on Tuesday night was nice to refund my resort fee.

During my stay (first week of Feb 2025) it seemed like they tried to upgrade but never finished. The bathroom barn door made a loud sound when closing. There was marks all over walls and ceiling. Floor wasn’t the cleaned and there was paint on carpet and on floor like they touched up but didn’t finish the clean up part. But it is located in a great place for what we were doing.
