"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The owner’s thoughtful touches really made us feel welcome, from the water bottles stocked in the fridge to the generous supply of K-Cups and coffee—such a nice touch. The home itself is lovely, with big windows offering stunning views of the lake. Even in December, the scenery was breathtaking, and we can only imagine how beautiful it must be in the summer. "Wow what a great place to escape to for a long weekend. We wanted a home with a water view but other than that we aren’t a group that tends to make plans so we just kind of winged it. The house has plenty of things to do if you don’t want to leave (which I didn’t). Take a steam shower… watch a movie in the theatre… hop on a treadmill… we ventured out and found restaurants but also took advantage of still having access to food delivery service. Looking forward to coming back when it’s warmer! "

"Hydrangea House was our chosen location for Thanksgiving and College Football Rivalry Week. Awesome property with many public and private spaces to share time together. Pet friendly was an absolute for us and layout of the lot and the surrounding fence with cross fences and gates was a complete welcome surprise. We also enjoyed an evening at the fire pit. "We enjoyed our stay and it was a very spacious and comfortable home. Very clean and well supplied with towels and linens. The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs and it was in close proximity to White Water which was awesome. The only issue was we had trouble with the WiFi connection and couldn't really watch anything on the TVs. However, Heather was quick to respond in trying to help us fix it. I think it just needs a stronger connection. Otherwise we had a great time and would recommend...

"Was looking for a location around Statesville as my spouse had a job to do. I was going to join him and relax. The booking process was very easy. The property is pet. Friendly, host was extremely responsive to any question I had, the house was lovely and in stock with everything you needed except your clothes and food. The yard is fenced in and pet friendly, the master bedroom bed was so comfy. Will definitely book again. "
