"First of all, the building is just beautiful! There is a comfortable lounge with drinks and snacks, and another room with a large table, snacks and drinks. The room is just beautifully decorated, comfortable and so well appointed with a refrigerator, bathrobes and slippers, huge shower, sound machine and coffee pot. The entrance is coded and easy to access yet safe. On top of that, it is close to everything in Athens!"

"Great downtown location within walking distance of university events, shopping, and dining. Beautiful hotel with large cimfortable rooms and luxiuriant bedding. Pretty views. Snacks and beverages plus treats included. Highly recommend and plan on returning whenever in Athens. "

"If you are planning to stay during a game day weekend, keep in mind that this property backs up to a large fraternity house and is next door to a busy tailgate lot (and the noise could be an issue). If that bothers you, this may not be the property for you. It did not bother me. Everything else about our stay was A+++."
