"The hotel is amazing, totally 5 star. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. I added breakfast and was really glad I did, great offer, lots of it. The room was serviced every day - shout out to Igor, and all things refreshed. The spa was a great treat after a days sightseeing and very useful bike rental. Definitely recommend. "

"Room given us when we first arrived had not been fully cleaned and the safe wasn’t working. Mentioned this to staff who immediately apologised and upgraded us from a queen deluxe to an executive room along with drinks vouchers. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast bufffet was also very good and the views from floor 17 where a bar is located and breakfast were amazing. Tidy and clean hotel, just a little tired in some areas."

"Comfy stay, the hotel is in a convenient location and well furnished. I asked beforehand for a late checkout as was told to phone reception at 7am on the day (not very convenient if the reason you need a late checkout is to sleep!) You could not sit on the toilet without having to lean a significant amount to not be blocked by the sink next to you. "Accommodation was super clean and staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The area is nice and quiet though there’s not much to do. There’s a supermarket directly across serving hot food, drinks, snacks etc so very convenient. However very close to the city centre. The tram/bus stop is only a 10 min walk away and takes you directly to the city centre. Will definitely be coming back. "
