"The room was clean and cozy. Staff were friendly. Beds were really comfortable. It wasn’t as quiet as we would have liked. We could hear people in the neighboring rooms easily, the hallways were loud, and could here what was occurring outside the window. The hotel was close to nearby attractions, which was a bonus. I would recommend avoiding the onsite restaurant. Food was mediocre and not worth the price. It was also freezing in there. "

"Dami was fantastic at check-in and directed me to multiple spots in the hotel where I could pick up a slice of their historic Boston cream pie! The room is just the right size (I don't need anything too large or else I'll naturally sprawl) and the queen bed is super comfortable. I ADORE the ginormous flat screen TV that swivels (!!!) as well as the availability of Google Cast! It made my sports viewing experience even better than it is at home. From the staff at the bar to the concierge by reception, everyone was really friendly and helpful. I've always wanted to stay here, so even though it's just for a night, I'm glad I finally made it!"

"Location was one of the only pluses being walking to the Garden. It was extremely expensive, no parking so had to pay additional for that, no ventilation in bathroom, minimal amenities in room (2 towels, no facecloth, etc) and you could hear everything all night in hall so no sound proof really, pillows were very uncomfortable, in rooms could hear talking so assuming they could hear us too, view out window was a pipe on the roof. Staff was very attentive and actual hotel was cool decor but rooms and amenities were poor. "
