We really like Tru hotels. They're clean and staff was very friendly. They offer a hot breakfast, a market and a play area for families.

Staff was extremely pleasant. We were traveling with two dogs who were accommodated with no issues. Room was clean, and reasonably sized. No issues with noise. We were only here for a brief resting place during a longer journey, but it was very pleasant overall.

The elevators were not functioning ... had to heft our luggage up to 2nd floor No coffee machine in room Breakfast was not good ... cut kilbassi for protein???? Options minimal For the price ... terrible! Not going to be a repeat customer

Room was too small for two people, only one chair which was hard to get around, no place to put suitcase and floor was not clean. Bathroom was fine and bed was fine.

I found a used towel behind the bathroom door @ the shower had pink mildew around the edges of the shower Didn’t realize it didn’t have any drawers to put clothes in or closet or a complimentary coffee pot & coffee in room Kind of small too Very plain & certainly wasn’t worth the money we paid Plus I could hear the people above me moving around Haven’t had breakfast yet so I can let you know on that
