"The Bear’s Den is a delightful home and we loved every minute of our stay. The owners really leaned into the bear theme, there are bears everywhere in a really delightful way. The firepit out back was the perfect spot to relax and hangout as a group. The lake that we had access too was beautiful! Our trip was in the fall and it was chilly but we couldn’t resist some fishing and kayaking/paddlebording at the lovely spot. We also appreciated that there was a good size deck on the front as well as a screened in porch on the back.The house has everything you could want and we really enjoyed our stay. "

"My partner and I had a great week at this lovely camp. It was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable, as is the livingroom furniture, nice shower, huge kitchen sink, and we used the screen porch a LOT. It is very close to the water, which is hard to find. The cottages are family owned and we couldn't have felt more welcome. The shared beach area was perfect for launching the kayaks they provided to explore this very peaceful pond. It has a nice gradual sandy entrance and the water was wonderful for swimming. The location is convenient for a quick trip for whatever you need and we did several hikes in the area. The check-in process was super easy. The owner was there to greet us and told us to contact her anytime, but we never needed to! Thank you for sharing your cherished spot with us!"

"We were in Bridgton ME for a family reunion. We needed a place that could accommodate 7 of us and was close by the reunion location. This was perfect. It was a quiet neighborhood, the rental was clean with beautiful furniture and bedding. Great communication with the owner. We would definitely rent this property again and recommend it to others. "

"This house actually has four bedrooms and sleeps 14 people! The location was perfect for is — really close to the summer camp where our boys are attending. We did not go down to Webber pond from the house. We really enjoyed the hot tub, which is in a nice spot on the front porch. We also use the gas grill, which was handy. The kitchen is very large and well equipped. A clean sponge and dishwasher detergent and dish all provided. They even had some staples in the pantry like sugar, salt, pepper, so we didn’t have to buy everything. Each room had a box fan, though the weather was lovely while we were there and we did not need them. There’s a large rec room on the ground floor and there’s even a full-size ping-pong table in the laundry room! The washer and dryer worked well, and we appreciated that some folks left a little bit of detergent behind so we didn’t have to buy any. there are two full bathrooms — one on the first level near the two bedrooms and another on the second floor in between the two bedrooms. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were supplied, which was also nice. Overall, the house is clean, light, spacious, modern, and a really nice relaxing place to hang out with friends and family. It definitely exceeded our expectations!"

"The location and property are very nice. Cleanliness on arrival was disappointing. The entry way had dirt and dog hair on the floor and carpet. The vacuum that we used to try to vacuum the entry way had dog hair on the brushes that we had to remove. The stove fan hood had grease all over it. The house smelled of grease. The gas grill had no propane and it looked like it didn't work at all. There was grease thrown off the deck that we stepped in. The dishwasher wouldn't stay closed. Some of the dishes were put away dirty. When we tried to wash some clothes and towels, everything that used to be white turned orange."

"We couldn't have been happier with this property! We stayed for 3 nights during February break while we skied Pleasent Mountain and as good as the pictures look it was even better in person. This home was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There was also every amenity we needed so we were able to travel light which is a huge plus. The host was super responsive and friendly. Only bad thing about this place was having to leave it. A++"
