"We stayed here while we were visiting the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. We arrived in the evening, after check-in time, so they left an envelope at the door with all the information to access our room. "WOW! What a great experience. I planned a getaway for my parents 21st anniversary mom's birthday which featured this as their stay. They had a wonderful time! Ed, the innkeeper, collaborated with me in setting this up. He even purchased them locally baked pastries as a "birthday/anniversary" local fare gift. Wonderful experience, they said they want to visit Bryson City again, I know where they will be staying :)"

"I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. "We really enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the cabin was comfortable, however the carpet in the bedrooms is pretty dated and stained. And the floor in the kitchen was sticky. "If you think of what a mountain cabin should look like, this cabin is it. The beautiful fall decorations and stocked so well, whatever you may have forgotten, the cabin has it. Great location for access to the Smoky Mountain Railroad, and all of western North Carolina. The views from both decks are phenomenal. The driveway is a little challenging (backing up) and a map showing an easy way out of the community (without having to do 6 point turns) would be super helpful! A perfect spot to enjoy...
