This 3 bedroom, 2 bath modern getaway has been meticulously remodeled from top to bottom to provide you with all the comforts of a coastal getaway. Nestled beside the desired Steinhatchee Landing Resort you will find this river home. Well equipped with newer appliances, all new furnishings throughout and large dining table inside, as well as on attached screened patio. Inside you will find a unique beverage/game nook, or use as a workspace to check in virtually. And you are just steps away from the coffee bar that is equipped with a Keurig, coffee maker, and electric hot tea/water kettle.
Your group/family will have plenty of space to unwind in the open living room/ dining room area. The primary suite has a king-size bed as well as a convertible sofa, and a spacious closet that hosts a sleep and play area for your little one.

The large enclosed patio is the perfect spot to turn on some tunes, have an alfresco dinner of your fresh catch, relax or play a game in the comfortable seating areas.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to the Steinhatchee RIver which is just across the street.
The property is just minutes from the center of Steinhatchee, so you will be able to dine at the fresh seafood restaurants, enjoy live music at several marinas, or capture the stunning sunsets from Roy's Restaurant.

Should any issues arise during your stay, the friendly local owners live full-time across the street and will gladly assist however they can. Or if you just want to get the inside scoop on where the locals hang, just ask. And if you're lucky... they might give tips on where to fish and scallops! Scalloping in Steinhatchee
We went scalloping in Steinhatchee and this was the perfect location with access to the river. The house was clean and very comfortable. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. We will be back next year.
