Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath with views of the River

Public park for children is directly across the street as well as a public dock for fishing and kayak launch. Only minutes from both public boat ramps. Plenty of parking for guests including trailers. Walking distance to local restaurants, bars and marinas. New furniture, paint, carpet and floors. Comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen including keurig and regualr coffee pots, crock pot and blender. Gas grill and picnic table outback. Sit on the porches and enjoy your coffee or cocktails and enjoy the quaint old town Florida feel of Steinhatchee that our family fell in love with!

This is a very nice house and property with a great location! We could walk to the marina where we got a boat slip for $25/day. Everything was provided from paper towels to beach towels. We would definitely stay here again.
