The house was very clean, charming, cozy, Homie, and very convenient for us to escape from hurricane Milton and we were able to watch it on the TV during our stay. Thank you very much for letting us study your lovely home. We had a wonderful time and great memories were created for sure. Also loved the authentic Restaurant in town. Probably the only one that was open at the time with fresh seafood very much. recommended to anyone friendly staff great food.

Love Steinhatchee Landing! Wonderful dog-friendly location right in the river. Beautiful landscaping. House was clean and had everything you need. Love having a screened porch.

Comfortable and clean
This cottage was perfect for our Memorial Day weekend! It was clean and the beds were very comfortable! We were looking for a one story cottage and we found it! The location was perfect! Just a short walk to the pool, the dock. I loved the fact, I could bring my dog, because the landing is the perfect place for walking! We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this lovely cottage.

We loved it. The community was quaint. Different things to do such as volleyball, tennis, and swim. The gardens surrounding the area made it nice to walk around. However, it is a little trek up river to the gulf for the scallops.

We absolutely LOVED this cottage and the entire Steinhatchee Landing property. We were unsure when we booked it because we normally stay right on the beach but it exceeded our expectations in every way. So much so that we now want to buy a vacation home here!! The house was just right in size and it was clean and fairly well-stocked (some plastic cups and plates for kids would be nice....we actually bought a few and left them in the house...and we didn’t have pot holders but neither of those things were a big deal at all). We will definitely be back!
