"The staff were very helpful from the first step inside the lobby....... Actually reading my notes that my wife doesn't like elevators and putting us 1 floor up. Then ordering a pizza for us because it was quite late after long travel day. Finally switching our ribs when the heating wasn't working in the first room. Side note the hotel was very nice also. "I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the venue in which I was there to attend. I was pleasantly surprised by Victor who was very helpful. As for the room, I am used to a much bigger space, but I know German hotels are typically much more conservative, so it was what I expected. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and hot! It would have been nice to have an extra towel (people with long hair need 2 towels), but it was not a big deal. The breakfast was great!...
