"Beautiful hotel with the best view. The check in was fast. The hotel has spa and dinning area. The breakfast is included and it’s amazing with many options. The hotel also has game room area with the billiard. The service can be hit or miss. Generally the staff is friendly but service can at times be slow because it gets busy during breakfast time. Overall we had a great stay and I would only recommend to stay at this hotel if you in the region. "

"Step inn is a nice n safe place to stay . Deluxe room was spacious and clean . Toilet was clean n spacious too . Breakfast was good and warm . Lunch n dinner menu lacked continental cuisine . Very few dish choices. Restaurant staff was friendly and the most helpful staff was the reception staff Ani and kakha . WiFi was out of order and due to that the owner offered us free lunch . Grateful for that gesture. After staying there for 4 days we felt so much relaxed n peaceful. View from our room...

"excellent cottage with wonderful idyllic feel. you can see cows nearby. But it is difficult to find with no reception. you have to contact the staff and arrange before you arrive. They will send you message also. View of your cottage is excellent. you are right at the valley and surrounded by mountains. Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing. "Even though there were some initial miscommunications (when we booked the listing said "entire place with 2 bedrooms" but they meant to say only one room), the host immediately sorted it out and gave us two very nice rooms as booked.
