No coffee maker as advertised, Small fixes that make a difference. Cottage 5, not worth it. Early in season, had all winter to get right"

"The house was very clean. It was perfect for my husband and I to enjoy a quiet time within easy driving distance to bar harbor, Acadia, Schoodic. At 6’1”he felt a little tight in the shower. Just fyi. It’s a cute little house with a great porch to sit and view the ever changing weather and beauty of nature. So thankful for our time here. Gorgeous views."

"The cabin was great! It was a little further from Acadia than we thought, but worked out fine for our short stay. We knew trash removal was our responsibility but struggled to find somewhere to take it. A local told us about stickers and that trash day was Thursday. Great getaway for a rustic experience. Basic and met our needs. We would come back again."

No one was there so it was just fine, not sure if someone was staying there how it would be. Ability to access kayaks whenever we wanted was a nice touch."

"The property is stunning. The ocean is literally footsteps from the property. The cabin had everything we needed and extra. It was nice sitting on the screened in porch while it was raining with a good book and enjoying a lunch on the picnic table out back. Both have a beautiful view. My soul feels lifted and lighter with this stay. The host is very kind and generous and is just a text or phone call away. Its hard to put into words how lovely the home is. I would highly recommend this property...

"This place was absolutely fantastic! The view of the sunset on the lake was beautiful, if we wanted to just stay at the house there was plenty to do. The owners were helpful and gave us all kind of suggestions on places to visit and things to do."

"The cottage was in a perfect location for my family's one week stay. Only a short drive to Bar Harbor, the beach at Seal Harbor and the trails and carriage roads of Acadia. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need for preparing any meals. The air conditioner and heaters (one cool night!) worked very well. I recommend this cottage to everyone planning on visiting the area!"
