"The property was what we expected, though it basically could use a refresh. The pool is the centerpiece, and the bottom is ready for a fresh coat of paint. I strongly suggest you add robes if you're using the words "resort" and "spa" in the name of your property. Also, our air conditioning was tough to use because the remote is old and finicky (it took two members of the cleaning staff to get it to work). "

"Staff were amazing from first contact through to check out, they couldn't have been more helpful on multiple occassions. The room was lovely and the pools were perfect. Thank you for making our stay so memorable."
