"Basic home. No frills. Look closely at photos, there is no where to put your luggage in one bedroom, had to live off the floor. Was there in July - the A/C did NOT keep it cool upstairs. Dirty toilet and shower doors. Limited seating. Felt like a "frat house". Kitchen wallpaper peeling off walls, nasty dirty coffee maker, one spoon and three forks, no decorations, just minimal requirements. It is across the street from the railroad, woke up at 3 AM to a very loud train whistle. While the key was easy to access, the host would not communicate with me until hours before check-in time. I had a meeting and would not be available to tell family how to access the key so I asked what the process was before my arrival, was it a lock box, keypad what? Wasn't asking for the code just needed to understand the process, but they would not respond or answer my requests until just before check in. We left the everything cleaner than when we arrived. Waited to post the review so there would not be any retaliation. "
