"i love that it was closer to my family who we were visiting. The place was big enough for some of our family to come over and enjoy my cooking and play cards without getting on the bed. I wish more things was there like can opener, more stuff for the dishwasher. beside that we enjoyed our visit, and we will stay there every time we come to Texas o yea the door was so hard to open. "

Thanksgiving Day House

"We had just sold our home in Massachusetts and headed to Texas to purchase land to build a house. We needed a place to call “ home” for the holiday. A very beautiful home with all the amenities. Loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer. The kitchen was restocked with everything you needed to prepare a feast. If I were to have a suggestion it would be to check the dates of all the items you have in the pantry.. The majority of them are all out of code. Plus with the items in the bathrooms maybe leave smaller individual items for soaps and shampoos. All in all a wonderful place to stay! Loved the board games too ( Operation needs a battery ) "

Luxurious 7-Bed Salado Villa Pool, Hot Tub & Fire-pit

"This property was absolutely AMAZING!! It was so well stocked with the absolutely unexpected. It was clean, tidy, and well organized. We needed nothing! All toiletries, dishware, small appliances, etc., were provided, we literally needed to bring nothing but food and ourselves for the stay! And the pool was amazing. There were floaties, pool toys, outside games, tabletop games, I could go on and on! The communication with the host was excellent. The outside was so tucked away and inviting, there were even deer right out front! I'd recommend this place to anyone and I'd go back in the future. Couple of tidbits of advice.....1. The pool is insanely deep so beware if you arent a decent swimmer, or cant float! And watch the kiddos. 2. If nature unnerves you, youd better stay inside, lol. Overall, beautiful place, Kelly and Kelly have provided an absolutely wonderful space away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Rent it, you won't regret your stay!"
