"There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. The toilet cover has stains and the bathroom door has yellow spots. Foods are salty, don’t bother booking HB, not worth it."

"Booked my reservation 25 minutes before arriving. My room was clean and ready for me and my husband, along with sweet little sachets of lavender. The bed was just what we needed after a long day of exploring the island . Enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the morning and the convenient parking space . Wish we had time to use the pool! Anyway 10/10! "

"The hotel is very poorly managed! The upkeep of rooms is almost non existent. The personal is mostly very friendly, but missing of right guidlance and caring professional menager is obvious. The food in “ a la carte “ restaurant is barely eatable. The property itself is really nice and it hurts to see how little would be needed to have a very nice hotel."

"Ventus Travel & this stay went above and beyond during our stay. 9 of us came for the local Sonus Festival and Ventus could not have been more accommodating, our stay was incredible, service brilliant & checkout smooth and fair. The only con is a fairly large cash deposit which must be left, although they offer you to leave this in your local currency which is a nice touch so you’re not stuck with a huge amount of foreign currency at the end of your stay. "A fabulous hotel situated just at the Rab Town ferry point. Gorgeous old and modern features inside, interesting artwork , marble staircase. A very calming atmosphere. The room with harbour balcony was large , very comfortable. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked for longer. Staff were very professional and polite. Never seen a bottle of fizz at the breakfast buffet before!"
