Sunset Bliss in Stinson Beach

Welcome to your perfect beachfront escape! This spacious 3-bedroom house - right on the beach - is the ultimate destination for your next getaway. Whether you're looking for a romantic retreat or a family adventure, our home offers an unforgettable stay! Sleeps 6-7. With three cozy bedrooms, our beach house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. You can't get closer to the ocean! Step out the door, and you’re on the sand!

Details to note:
-We do not stock outdoor beach towels or beach toys at this home, please keep this in mind as you are preparing for your stay.
-We ask for no more than 2 vehicles to be on site (out of respect to neighbors since the street is quite narrow and does not allow for more parking space).
-Bedroom #3 has a separate private entrance door that is only accessible from outside the main living area. The room shares walls with the house, but it does not have a door directly connected to inside the house (only accessible from outside with a key).

Ideal location
This place was perfect for my family of five plus one dog. The house itself is pretty funky but we are there for the location and beach access and we’re not looking for or expecting luxury accommodations. Extra points for sharp knives in the kitchen since we did cook!

A fantastic beach getaway!
This property is a very casual, relaxed, almost funky, but perfectly clean and spread out beach retreat. Nice large size kitchen, the rooms were all spread out from one another so noise didn’t carry, the dog had a blast, we played board games at night and put together puzzles in our free time, and of course the beach was beautiful. We will absolutely return!

Well we live an hour away and have always wanted to rent a place on the beach. My wife’s 50th birthday made it possible to have all of her friends there as well. This house is accommodating to a good sized group and was affordable and cozy.

Nice beachfront location
Great location, home is pretty run down, but you can tell it’s a work in progress and it still had all the basic supplies. The details on amenities and check in information are provided at the last minute (like a few hours before arrival). This makes it a little harder to prepare. (I would have packed more than 1 beach towel). The 3rd bedroom is not connected to the rest of the house (separate entrance, not sure that was noted in description). Most doors/windows have no screens or ripped screens. For all practical purposes the fireplace is not operable. We used the wood and kerosene provided. Wood never caught and the room was full of smoke within minutes. It was later obvious to us that this had been a problem before because much of the wood there looked half charred like someone had tried to light it before and gave up. No big deal chimney probably just needs to be cleaned but I wish they would’ve just said the fireplace wasn’t working rather than have us all have to vacate that part of the house for the night. All in all we still had a nice stay and if your priority is to wake up to ocean waves this spot provides that. The location and the beach right outside your door is unbeatable. We did message the host a few times before and upon arrival and they responded to us promptly. A 3.5/5

Relaxed beach vibe
Relaxed beach vibe made our stay super easy. Beds/bedding super comfy and clean. Can’t beat the location. The owner admits to needing a landscaper to fix up the outside spaces so I expect the next time I go the yard, decks and courtyard will be updated. I hope to stay here again in the future.

My twins graduated so we booked house for location (open front door and you're standing on the beach...) but house was fantastic! Exceeded expectations; house is spacious, clean (very), comfortable-- was perfect. We rented last minute and owner was attentive and super helpful. We will be back!

Lovely stay at Sunset Bliss!
We had an amazing stay at the home in Stinson! Sergei was easy to communicate with and the house was well stocked with towels, kitchen gear, and plenty of space! We appreciated the funky beach cottage layout with sprawling room for the group! Can’t beat the beachfront access! Thank you!

Beautiful location, dilapidated property
You could not ask for a better location with proximity to the beach and town but unfortunately the property was not accurately disclosed. The property was not secured when we arrived. Multiple windows were open including one that doesn’t have any lock and could never be secured. This meant that we didn’t feel comfortable keeping valuables in the property when on the beach or exploring town. When we entered we immediately could smell a musty mold smell and the front half of the house facing the beach had many areas with visible water damage on the floors, walls and even windowsills. The smell was so strong in the back room that we didn’t feel safe sleeping in it. The kitchen sink also had an active leak that had trash cans under to collect the water which we were never made aware of. The house seemed to also have very little insulation which resulted in it being extremely cold in the evenings which wasn’t great given we had multiple children with us. Had this been disclosed we would have packed differently and come prepared but we received no instructions other than where to find the key to the house. Overall this property could be a great place to vacation if the issues are corrected and the posting is updated to accurately reflect its condition. But as it is we are disappointed given the price point and condition.
