Lobby and general areas were cool and tidy. Our room was kind of small. It did not have a room number. It was just next to sauna, so whenever sauna was on, the room heated as well and smelled like sauna. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious

Bra läge på Kungsholmen nära Fridhemsplan och tunnelbana. Bra att det finns familjerum vilket vi hade men de är lätt klaustrofobiska då inte vårt hade något fönster. För oss gjorde det inte så mycket då vi endast sov på rummet och gjorde staden. Bra frukost. Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen!!

Väldigt enkelt boende trots att jag bodde i ett av de bättre rummen. Städningen var inte ok och resårbotten hade massor med gula fläckar, det var hår i eluttagen och rummet var oerhört trångt.

Jag kanske är van vid en helt annan standard. Men för priset jag betalde är det helt galet vad dåligt hotellrum vi fick. Vi fick ett superlitet rum. Plats med säng och ett bord och en small korridor. Dålig ventilation,Smutsigt i hörnen av rummet och slitet bord och stol. Badrummet var okej! En bra dusch men billigt tvål och inget shampoo. På morgonen vaknade min partner av dunkande musikljud ifrån frukosten eftersom rummen har så dålig ljudisolering. Efter vi sa till sänkte de ljudet men det hjälpte tyvärr inte. Öronpropparna som erbjöds var för stora och expandera för snabbt så de gick inte att använda. Frukosten var tråkig med väldigt få utbud, dag två var den absolut bättre men det var nog för vi åt tidigare på morgonen. Den funkar men absolut inte vad jag förväntade mig. Hade varit nöjd om jag betalat hälften av priset. Personalen tyckte jag var snälla och hjälpsamma så gott de går. Trevlig kille som var nattpersonal. Lobbyn ser trevlig ut och ger ett inbjudande intryck, finns lite färdigrätter att köpa men som är rätt dyra, men det får man ju förvänta sig på ett hotell! :) Tror absolut du man kan få en bra vistelse här ifall man får ett bättre och större rum som inte är vägg i vägg med lobbyn. Hotels.com gav mig en felaktig bild av vad man kan förvänta sig tyvärr och det förstörde mycket av min resa. Min bokning var absolut inte i närheten värd pengarna! Rekommenderar inte ifall du är van vid ett hotell med standard som Scandic eller ESS.
