This wonderful spacious apartment immaculate throughout and offers every conceivable amenity for a relaxing self catered stay in Stockton.

Greeted by the open plan kitchen & living area at the top of the stairs you will see the kitchen is fully equipped with integrated fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, kettle, toaster and microwave as well as everything else you would need to cook a delicious meal. There is also a useful utility area with washing machine and dishwasher. There is also ironing facilities, a vacuum cleaner & clothes horse. The living area is a real social hub with a 50 inch flat screen smart TV, this space is great for relaxing with your party. The property has free fibre broadband throughout.

Off the living room and through the hallway there is a communal WC.
Further through the hallway is the first double bedroom, with a full sized wardrobe and luxury ensuite with bath and overhead shower.
There is also a further roomy double bedroom and a cosy single bedroom with additional ensuite. All beds have luxury bedding for a good night sleep during your stay.

Highchairs & Travel cots must be requested by guests should they be required.
Outside, there is a free allocated parking space in a residents only parking area.

The property is approximately a 5 minute walk from North Tees Hospital or a 5 minute drive to both Norton High Street and Stockton town centre. It is also well situated for access to both the A19 and A66. Our flat is also a perfect base to explore Teesside and the surrounding areas such as the Yorkshire Moors, Roseberry topping, the award-winning beaches and the numerous wedding venues in and around the area.
