"The property was as listed and just what we needed for a 2 day trip to Acadia"

"We loved Searsport, ME. This home was conveniently situated in town and on the public bayside park. It was very nice, but dated. We did a lot of sightseeing, so the house was sufficient since we weren’t there for long periods of time. If you are looking for a luxurious accommodation this isn’t the rental for you. If you just want a place to sleep, then this home is perfect for you."

"House size and view were fantastic. It was isolated but yet still not far to restaurants or grocery. Only 30 min from Acadia and Bar Harbor. Downside was that it was not very clean and there was no hand towels in bathrooms to use. We also had to find a closet with towels and one of the beds was not made. So we had to find sheets and make ourselves. Finally it was listed there was a futon when really there was only a futon mattress so one of us slept on a floor on a very old futon mattress. I...

"Older home with charm and some nice updates. It was perfect for our family of 6 and our dog. Kids appreciated the private pool on the 95° days and the dog loved the river. Couch is super comfortable and the outside area let us spend time together. Acadia is just over an hour away and it was a great home away from home for us."
