Peaceful , right by beach and walking distance to tavernas ,shops and restaurants of which there were plenty . Special mention to Stephania who promptly attended to any queries and made appointment quickly for our daughter to attend a dentist . We went as a family of 9 and all loved every minute of our stay . "Our experience with Vlassis had started with miscommunication. I booked a Standard room for 3 adults, but when we arrived we were told that there was the room for 2 adults only. Thanks to my Greek friends and Hotel Owner Maria, we were given the room for 3 adults for 6 days, but then we were asked to move into smaller room. But again it was miscommunication. In terms of location, the hotel is placed in a very quite area, close to two beaches, has restaurant and bar, room service was very good....

"First of all, staff was very amazing, friendly and helpful(even with the limited resources given to them) which we're really grateful for!! Which unfortunately we cannot say about the management. We felt like he or she (we never found out) just tried to avoid us with really lame excuses and lies(one example: we've been told that was on a meeting at night and we can meet next morning 10am, half an hour later same night been told that wasn't even at the property). Without hot water for three whole days, no compensation since it was a technical fault and the engineer fixed it(hours later, but still no hot water), we played this for three days. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional in customer service.(We asked both our "neighbours", had the same issue except for an older couple who didn't have hot water for a whole week!) Food is bland, sometimes undercooked, tasteless. Restaurant is full with flies and since the food wasn't covered... The only positive thing was the staff who tried to make it bearable but since the management won't give them options and lacks a face or courage it's not one of those properties you recommend."

"The area around the property is very “local” like this is not a tourist spot so if you like the local feel this is for you. The property it self is old, rooms are very old and some like ours look out to construction. Hair dryer was from the Stone Age. The pictures of the property is not that you get. Over all there are many options in the area at the same price point that would be more updated. Beach towels are 3 euros each from the property, lounge chairs on the beach are from 5-8 euros. Beach service don’t expect great service we were on the beach from 3 hours and asked for menus 3 time and still never got them while everyone else did. The beach staff doesn’t enforce any type of support when people put their towels and chairs right in front of the lounge chairs. Beach is nice, has nice sand and is shallow great for kids, there are waves but fun to jump into. "
