"Overall, we had a pretty good stay at this hotel. For the money, it delivers good value. The room itself was pretty clean, but our shower was quite dirty and could use a proper deep cleaning.
But all the staff were very Nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, including a good selection of fresh fruit. And the location is very good, especially for a nice dinner out on a restaurant near the Lagoon or at champs mall nearby."

Desorganizados e sem profissionalismo. Cheguei meia noite e o funcionário totalmente sem profissionalismo me falou "eita, não vai ter cartão pra abrir seu quarto", e ficava rindo, disse que tinham dado mais de um cartão pra alguns hóspedes e tinha acabado. Fiquei esperando a gerente e somente entrei no quarto duas da manhã....
"O like to stay one night in the hotel.. friendly staff, good breakfast , clean and tidy room. They just forgot to leave enough towels in the room ( it was only 01 towel and we’re 03 guests)"
