"It was just for 1 night so review is based on that. We we put about as far from entrance as possible. That was ok just inconvenient. Not sure who was above us but they could not have stomped any harder while walking until well after midnight. Pillows were on the firm to hard side for my taste. Front desk people were fantastic and very friendly so this review doesnt reflect on them at all. I am sure if we had stayed longer the other issues could have been worked out.
