"Fantastic home with a thoughtful lay-out, including three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom! Kitchen was well-stocked with every possible consideration for prepping meals. Location central to a hub of activity, easy walking distance to shops, bars, and restaurants. Beware that the proximity to nightlife may disturb a light sleeper, however owner has made accomodation with sound devices."

The waterfront location is stunning - we spent countless hours enjoying the views and outdoor activities. "Property is ideally located for the casinos. A little bit further then advertised but still an easy drive to both. Communication with Joe was easy and the house was exactly what we expected.
