"It was quite disappointing because no one told us that there is no reception during the night. We had trouble with our flight and we arrived very late. The restaurant next door was about to close and we decided to ask. The restaurant staff gave us the key. Nobody came to clean our room in the entire 3 nights of stay. People come and go in the rooms next door during the night and you an hear the doors. We can hear cars early morning from the back that can disturb during the our sleep. "

"Had to stand in the rain to get thru the front door so a small portico would help also where to park is not clear so we used the Burger King spaces as none were marked for hotel guests. Otherwise the room was fine and very quiet and breakfast was also quite good at Expresso house next door. Overall I like the concept but you need to be able to contact someone at all times so a contact number in room would help."

"This was our first time here, but not our first in Trollhättan. The hotel is older, but very well kept. The staff (especially the owner, Ulrika, who works there) are really terrific and helpful. Our room had older, beautiful furniture. Common areas had nice touches like fresh flowers from Ulrika's mother's garden. Breakfast was terrific! "Had a lovely stay. The only issue I had was that I needed to check in late and there was no one there after 9pm and I arrived at 11pm.
