"From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. "Host, room, town all good. My only complaint is the hefty VRBO security deposit and there lackadaisical behavior on the return of it. It’s been 14 days since check out and it has not been returned. "My daughter is a freshman at ISU and my mother is partially disabled. We wanted to visit her but have challenges finding places that are comfortable for everyone. Gina was great answering questions about the property and keeping in touch throughout our stay to ensure everything was as expected. My mother has a lot of challenges but was very comfortable and enjoyed her time. My kids never left the basement playing games all weekend long.
