The cottage Homecoming is in an old family farmhouse courtyard in the heart of a pretty floral Alsatian village. Past the courtyard sandstone you can stroll along a lovely river. A few steps away the Alsatian vineyards and typical villages await you. We will be happy to guide you and help you discover our wonderful and surprising region.

The comfortable and spacious cottage is ideal for a family gathering, friends. The children's play area, reading area, terrace, large courtyard (table tennis, garden furniture ...) allow the beautiful moments of relaxation and sharing.

Spacious home in pretty village
We (family of 5 + grandparents) had a lovely stay in Stotzheim. The house is nice and big and Dominique really took her time to give us advicd on what to see and do in the area. The kids loved all the toys and didn’t want to leave at the end of the week! Definitely recommend staying here!

Superbe
Il y a de la place pour tout le monde (nous etions 8 + 1 bébé). Maison tres propre et fonctionnelle. Idealement placé entre Colmar et Strasbourg il y a de nombreux sites tout autour. Excellent contact avec les propriétaires, beaucoup de suggestions et une presentation tres complète des choses a faire.

Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub in Stotzheim. Die große Terrasse, der Hof&Garten waren sehr schön. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war super. Leider war es nachts in den Zimmern sehr heiß (bei Fenster zu) oder es haben einen die Mücken geplagt (bei Fenster auf), denn es gab keine Klimaanlage oder Mückengitter.

Nous somme venus à 9 personnes pour les marchés de Noël et faire découvrir la région à nos amis, gîte confortable, espace à vivre très agréable, emplacement idéal pour visiter l' Alsace de Strasbourg à Colmar et propriétaire très sympathique. L' aménagement du gîte est de très bonne qualité, beaucoup de place et chacun peut s' isoler si il le désire, vraiment bravo aux propriétaires.

Herrliche Tage in Stotzheim
Sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Wir haben uns mit 10 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem großen Haus mit schönem Garten, und Hof wo wir uns bei herrlichem Wetter die meiste Zeit aufhielten. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten auch ausreichend Geschirr. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Das Haus in Stotzheim ist mit seiner funktionalen Ausstattung mit fünf Schlafzimmern, je 2 Bädern / sep. WC und seiner ruhigen Lage im Elsaß ideal geeignet für ein Familientreffen. Große Tische, drinnen, auf Balkon und Terrasse erlauben geselliges Zusammensein. Die Küchen-/ Geschirrausstattung ist ausreichend. Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Es gibt einen freundlichen Bäcker im Dorf, der täglich - außer Sonn-/Feiertags - frische Backwaren anbietet. Ebenso einen Bauernhof (CHRISTEN) am Ortstand, der frische Erdbeeren, Spargel etc. verkauft. Es gibt drei Storchenfamilien im Ort. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft empfehlen. Die Ausstattung mit Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs (z.B. Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel) könnte tatsächlich deutlich großzügiger bemessen sein.

Mooi ruim vakantiehuis
Het vakantiehuis van Dominique is mooi en ruim en biedt voldoende plek voor 11 volwassenen. Ook het meubilair en de keukengerei is op dit aantal ingesteld. Het huis ligt mooi centraal in de Elzas, waardoor alle bezienswaardigheden goed bereikbaar zijn. Er is een groot balkon en terras op een binnenplaats. Door de ligging van de woning op de eerste verdieping is de woning minder goed bereikbaar voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Zentrale Lage und viel Platz
Das Haus ist klasse, allerdings nichts für Gehbehinderte, da der Wohnbereich und ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad im ersten Stock liegt. Der Rest im 2. Stock. Im Eg befindet sich ein Raum mit Tischtennisplatte und ein Wäscheraum mit waschmaschine und Leinen. Da es allerdings sehr kalt war dauerte es sehr lange, bis die Wäsche getrocknet war. Doch oben gab es in jedem Bad eine grosse Sprossenwandheizung. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Einzig vielleicht einen deutschen Fernsehsender, denn es gab nur französisches Fernsehen. Aber so haben wir abends auch mal gespielt. Die Betten sehr bequem und die Federbetten super warm. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen, denn die Lage war einfach zentral. Die Vermieterin total nett und hilfsbereit. Sollten wir mal wieder ins Elsass reisen, dann gerne hier her!

Location spacieuse, avec plusieurs endroits pour s'isoler si on a envie. Bien équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut pour les bébés. Gérants accueillants. Proximité avec des villages typiques pour apprécier les marchés de Noël et Stotzheim est très mignon.
