"Helpful reception team, lovely room. Had everything we needed. Trains were a bit noisy nearby but nothing some airbuds didnt solve. Pool was a bit chilly but again, not end of world! "We loved our time at Stay Nordhavn. It's conveniently close to a metro station and several grocery stores, the apartment has lovely rooms, amenities to make very comfortable (good coffee, a washer/dryer, decent kitchenware, etc.), and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. Most of all, the access to a generously-sized balcony with amazing sea views was wonderful. We would happily stay here again."

"I appreciated the professional and friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are small, sure, but they are very well designed. The bed is super soft but surprisingly supportive. The bathroom is great. Deep tub and nice shower. Daily breakfast is very tasty. My only issue is the gym needs more and better equipment. But do not let this one thing deter you from booking. You’ll get your steps in walking. Many attractions are 10 minutes away. I didn’t take a taxi or Uber anywhere. I’ll gladly book The Phoenix again. "
