The building is dilapidated, the room had a mouldy smell from the rotten bathroom door frame. The car park has no drop kerb entrance, the fence surrounding the car park had large gaps in it, and there were people milling about in the car park all through the night.

Hotel room is dusty & dirty especially the tiny toilet you cannot even move. We have to clean it by ourselves before we used it and the shower drainage was clogged up. We stayed at this hostel for 4 nights and they didn't clean our room even a single day we stayed there. Only good for an over night stay! I am Not recommending this hostel to anyone.💯

It was noisy. The children war playing and schouting till midnight. There were no accesseries like soap. The pillow on one bed was missing. No sidetable or table was there in room.

Uncomfortable during the summer. The Staff was really amazing, but the quality of the accommodation is not upto the mark. The rooms have no furniture and the bathroom is like an airplane cabin. Reasonable for the sky, unreasonable here on the ground. Because of the location in the industrial area, There was a truck parked outside my room which kept its engine on (possibly to have ac in the cabin) , filling the poorly ventilated hotel room in 32°c heat with fumes. When I complained, the nice receptionist asked the truck to be shut down. Soon after, they started playing music, this continued way past midnight. Shutting the window was also no option. Maybe an unfair comparison, but in Germany this would be a police matter that gets resolved in 5 minutes. But here, the whole night was ruined.

There were three of us. We indicated 2 beds in the reservation, this issue was no longer discussed in the correspondence. When we arrived late at night and paid for the room, saw that there was only one bed. They did not begin to resolve the issue, referring to the fact that the entire hotel is full and they cannot do anything, and with whom we communicated, that person is not there and no longer available. After 15 minutes of proceedings, we got our money back and just left. Lucky we live relatively close.

Franchement on a réservé à un prix excessif sur Expedia alors que sur place c'était au moins 50 € moins cher ensuite l'état de la chambre était à désirer. Le personnel était quand même sérieux et professionnel. Mais payer aussi cher à tarif marché de Noël de Strasbourg en étant aussi loin du marché de Strasbourg et être surtaxé au niveau des prix alors que c'était juste une transition direction d'Allemagne c'est difficile à accepter. Écart prix payé en ligne sur Expedia et prix sur place. J'attends encore des explications merc. Cordialement !

J'ai été up-gradée. Prrsonnel féminin très agréable. À déplorer aucune chaîne tnt tv ne fonctionnait.. internet "ramait". Lieu pas top surtout pour la restauration ! Strasbourg est en renovation partout vraisemblablement... mais tarifs accessibles. C'est dommage. Merci en tout cas.

Ça reste du Formule 1... mais en pire...
L'accueil s'est bien passé. Les personnes a la réception sont agréables mais l'état des chambres.... OMG ! Nous avions réservé deux chambres qui n'ont pas été côte à côte, ni au même étage. L'hôtel est bruyant (portes qui claquent,...), les 3 lits superposés, dont un à même le sol ne sont pas confortables. Le robinet fuyait, il y avait de la condensation sur la fenêtre, le radiateur qui bouge avec les fils électriques apparants, le petit déj' est TRÈS limité... Pour presque 150€ les 2 chambres pour une nuit (6 personnes), ça fait cher.
