"I liked the hand-off approach to checking in. I did it all through the website, and received communication through text message. I liked using a gate code and door code to get to my room without having to get cards from the front desk. It made it easier as we arrived late at night. Room was very clean and well maintained. We had a little trouble getting the heat to work, but it just required waiting a few minutes for it to kick in. We also had a room temperature shower, likely due to the time of morning. That was our only real complaint was the hot water. Everything else was very good for the price. Property was clean and felt safe. Great pool and courtyard area outside. Wi-Fi access points everywhere to ensure a good signal."

"The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful. Whether it was a waiter, front desk staff or bell hop everyone was looking for any opportunity to provide quality service for us. The hotel is very quiet and the room was clean upon arrival. The only thing I didn't like was the location of the hotel because it was not super walkable to the old town area and the shuttle only offered service between 12-8 pm (which was not super convenient). "

"Loved the entire campus. We stayed here for a competition, and had no idea what to expect. It’s literally one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. In conjunction with the friends I was with, I will never forget this trip. One for the books."

"The Paradise Valley area is just residential property and lodges. All restaurants are at least a 10 minute drive from the property. The hotel is excellent, rooms are excellent, grounds are beautiful, views are amazing. The only negative was they did not have bikes available so we couldn't do that activity. "
