Welcome to One More Chance at Paradise Cove.
One More Chance to take that vacation, One More Chance to enjoy a work week by beautiful water,
One More Chance to Celebrate, One More Chance to…
I hope your time spent here inspires you to be YOU. I hope you reconnect with friends and family. Time is the most valuable thing you can give somebody and I hope this property allows you to share your time with great company. Everyone has a beautiful story behind them. I hope this property becomes a bookmark in your story.
The house is in Admiral Shores, a gated lakeside community, and was designed to be a place of gathering so there are 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. Every bedroom has at least 1 king bed and its own bathroom. The bunkrooms also have a queen bed (top bunk). The Study has frosted glass for privacy, night stands, and a standard queen-sized bed for the pull-out couch. There are 2 living areas. The upstairs living space is a theater/arcade/game room. I designed and hand-painted every room myself. I grew up water skiing on the lakes of East Tennessee so you will see plenty of mounted vintage water skis throughout the house. I hope this encourages you to be creative and take chances. Being different takes courage, but that makes everyone so uniquely beautiful. I am not an artist or a home designer but someone that gave it One More Chance.
I had those words welded to the retaining wall that is on the water. I hope you give it One MORE Chance. No matter what you are facing or wanting to achieve, I hope your stay inspires you to give it one more chance!
Richland Chambers Reservoir is the 3rd largest lake in Texas and the newest. It was completed in 1989 and is the water source for Tarrant County (Fort Worth and beyond). Considered one of the best fishing lakes in Texas. The house is conveniently located 1 hour south of Dallas and 2 hours north of Houston off I-45. It is a 25 minute drive into Corsicana where you have many restaurants, HEB, and the first Collin Street Bakery. Looking directly off the back porches, you will see sunsets that will leave you speechless. The Study conveniently has 2 desks for all the remote workers who want to take their office to the lake. There is a walkway and railing all around the retaining wall on the water for viewing, safety, and accessibility. The sidewalk ends in a walk-in area for easy access in and out of the lake. We hope you find more joy and peace during your valuable time away.
