"If you want a great stay at Stromboli, just choose this place. It is very centrally located, and with great views of the ocean. Great beds, nice bathroom and a fine and well equipped kitchen makes for a convenient stay. The terrasse is absolutely great."

"The hotel is a long up hill walk from the port. The owner said he would pick us up but never turned up. The breakfast was bread rolls and jam with coffee or tea. When we went to pay him he said his EFTPOS machine didn't work and insisted on cash. We said we did not have enough so he told us to walk down the hill to the local ATM. BS, he wants cash so not declare income. The house is nice but the location is really out of the main area with little transport. I would not recommend this place."

"Very friendly multi-lingual staff in a great location on the island. I leisurely trekked ~20min fully loaded with gear from the ferry to the hotel but there are taxis right at the ferry if you want to save some energy for the hike up the Volcano as there are some steeps to ascend on route to the hotel. "Die Lage war wie beschrieben direkt am Strand. Es liegt am äußersten Rand des langgezogenen Dorfes. Es handelt sich bei dem Haus um ein " Reihenhaus", rechts und links sind also noch Nachbarn auf den Terassen was bei uns kein Problem war. Der als geräumiges Schlafzimmer beschriebene Raum ist eher klein und hat kein Fenster, nur eine Lüftungsluke, daher wurde die Tür bei uns nie geschlossen.
