"Basic house with well documented issues with shower problems. Quiet location although you can hear people moving and talking in the adjoining villa. The swimming pool was beautiful but cold, and in a beautiful well kept garden. Salvatore and Rosie were extremely welcoming and gave very useful local advice, as well as providing us with an excellent Apulian meal."

We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"This is a beautiful house in the peaceful countryside and completely private. It is situated just over 2km from the centre of Martano. The house is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor terraces were perfect for sunbathing and meals. Valentina and her father, Alessandro, were very friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their house. Thank you!"

"Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa splendida villa da sogno. La signora Katia ci ha fatto trovare varie prelibatezze salentine tra cui anche i pasticciotti, dolci deliziosi. La villa si trova in una posizione ottima per poter raggiungere i mari più belli del Salento. La nostra bambina si é divertita un sacco a correre e giocare nel meraviglioso giardino. "Great location in historic center near everything. Very comfortable except we went in November and the house was very cold no heat available. We loved everything else , the host was very helpful with information of the town.we ate out every meal kitchen not well equipped for cooking, long walk to train station when you lugged heavy luggage.did not realized the third bedroom you pay for it’s a living room with a futon, not a separate room. "Everything about this property was 5-star. Location, views, service, etc… was excellent. The breakfast included with the room was the best we’ve had in Europe and the rooftop bar was an amazing place to have an evening cocktail. We will definitely be back. Grazie!"

Enjoyable Stay!

"From check-in until check-out, the staff at this property were amazing, professional and exhibited exceptional hospitality! I’d like to give special attention to Marco and Ludovica, who answered my many questions, helped with transportation and set me up with what I feel is the best room at the hotel (105)! The incredible view, 2-door corner balcony and cleanliness of the room made my stay that much more enjoyable. There were many great dining options close by and the expansive, inviting beach was only a 5 minute walk away. Be mindful that in the off-season, local buses are not in service, so transportation to and from this neighborhood will take extra planning. Grazie mille!!! "

"Nice hotel but decorated by Ikea...not a comfortable chair in sight, no drawers. Located in industrial area 4 km from town. $18 euro cab ride each way. I wouldnt recommend to anyone."
