"We had a lovely stay in this little bungalow. It had everything you need for a visit. We visited both BBNP and the state park nearby (don't forget to visit that). A little coffee maker to brew some coffee was wonderful as an afternoon pick-me-up after a long morning of hiking, along with a mini-fridge to hold the basic necessities. "Loved this place. It’s incredibly safe and cozy for being off grid. I was a bit nervous being off grid, but this property has other guests that stay in their own buildings… it felt like a little village. The room itself was so comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed. There were TONS of stars at night and stunning sunrises in the morning. Could not recommend more. We will be back. "

"Cabin was what we expected and more! We spent the days hiking areas in Big Bend National Park like the lost mine trail and other trails off the scenic routes in the park. "Went for the chili cook off. Enjoyed BBNP. Cemetery for day of the dead is a must experience. Locution was perfect, close to everything. Unpaved road to the property is rough. Glad we had our Bronco. The property is exactly as described. Quiet and peaceful but close to lots of activities. "
